Health care of eyes based on Islamic sources (Case study: Surma)

 Background and Objective: The eyes after brain is one of the most complex of human's organ. All of us every day regardless to this subject for hours watched the various topics and beautiful scenes of nature. These sensitive organ due to excessive exposure to external stimuli more than other organs is vulnerable and much more than other organs needs to attention. This article paid to a case study of the use of Surma in eye health and care according to Islamic sources.
 Methods: considerate to eye care is not now new discussions, but is come from many years ago. Turning attention to the salient points of eye care can be seek in the rise of Islam and the life of its missionaries. Infallible (PBUT) symbol of purity, health and the greatest scientists of the world recommended consequently that we use of beneficial natural materials such as eyes Kohl with other names Surma or Kajal for our eyes. In many hadiths from infallibles much emphasis to using of kohl.
Finding: Surma is Soothing eye, protects the eyes against the sunlight, treating eye infections and also it is a natural substance for makeup of eyelashes. More than 70 authentic hadith narrated on the using and application that are emphases.
 Conclusion: Using of Surma is very lucrative. Especially if it be made from safe and sure source.
