fa هوش معنوی و عوامل موثر بر آن در دانشجویان پرستاری :یک مطالعه توصیفی -مقطعی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> تمامی اعضاء تیم درمان به ویژه پرستاران از لحاظ حرفه ای و اخلاقی مسئول مراقبت از بعد معنوی بیماران هستند. مداخله ی معنوی درکنار دیگر مداخلات پرستاری سبب تعادل بین جسم,روان و معنویت میشود, که گاهی جهت کسب سلامتی همه جانبه خواهد بود.شناسائی هوش معنوی و عوامل موثر بر آن به ویژه در دانشجویان پرستاری به عنوان ارائه دهندگان خدمات سلامتی در آینده نزدیک از اهمیت بالائی برخوردار است لذا این پژوهش با هدف تعیین میزان هوش معنوی و عوامل موثر بر آن در دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه قزوین در سال 1394 انجام گردید<span dir="LTR">.</span></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش ها :</strong> در این مطالعه توصیفی&ndash; مقطعی، 185 دانشجوی در حال تحصیل در ترم های سوم تا هشتم مقطع کارشناسی به روش سرشماری مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.جهت جمع آوری داده ها از فرم مشخصات فردی و پرسشنامه هوش معنوی عبدالله زاده پس از انجام روایی محتوا و پایایی به روش همسانی درونی استفاده گردید<span dir="LTR">(&alpha;=0.87).</span>داده ها در نهایت با نرم افزار<span dir="LTR"> Spss16 </span>تجزیه و تحلیل شدند<span dir="LTR">.</span></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته ها: </strong>.میانگین نمره هوش معنوی در دانشجویان پرستاری 19/15&plusmn;18/116 بود که نشاندهنده ی سطح بالایی از هوش معنوی می باشد.از میان متغیرهای حمعیت شناختی تنها علاقه به حرفه پرستاری دارای ارتباط مثبت و معناداری<span dir="LTR"> (P<0.05) </span>بود. نمره هوش معنوی در میان افراد مونث بالاتر بود که از نظر آماری معنادار گزارش نگردید<span dir="LTR">(P<0.05).</span></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>&nbsp;نتیجه گیری:</strong> سطح بالای هوش معنوی در میان دانشجویان پرستاری یکی از نقاط قوت و مطلوب برای ارائه مراقبت های پرستاری در این حرفه می باشد،از طرفی علاقه به حرفه پرستاری به عنوان یک متغیر موثر بر هوش معنوی نیز می تواند سبب بهبود عملکرد و ارائه مراقبت های پرستاری&nbsp; موثر به بیماران توسط دانشجویان پرستاری به عنوان پرستاران آینده کشور شود<span dir="LTR">.</span></p> <p><strong>Background and objective:</strong> The whole member of treatment teamespecially nurses in terms of profession and ethicsare responsible for the spiritual care of patients.Spiritual intervention along with other nursing interventions is to stimulate the balance between body, mind and spirituality, which sometimes will order a comprehensive health.Identification of spiritual intelligence and itsinfluencing factors especially amongnursing students as health care providers are very important in the near future.Therefore,the aim of this study was todetermine the spiritual intelligence and its influencing factorsamong nursing students in Qazvin University of Medical Sciences in2015.</p> <p><strong>Methods: </strong>In this cross sectional study, 185 undergraduate students studying in the third to eighth semester were investigatedusing the census. Data were collected using Abdullah Zadeh&rsquo;s spiritual intelligence Questionnaire and demographic form after questionnaire content validity and internal consistency reliability were verified(&alpha; = 0.87). Finally, data were analyzed usingSPSS 16.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p><strong>Findings:</strong> Average score of spiritual intelligence in nursing students was 116/18&plusmn;15/19, which showed the high levels of spiritual intelligence.
