مرروی بر تحقیقات انجام شده در مورد برخی از گیاهان داویی، غذاها و میوه های مطرح شده در احادیث نبودی

<p dir="RTL"><strong>چکیده</strong></p>
<p dir="RTL"><strong>سابقه و هدف</strong><strong>:</strong> سلامت جسم انسان در همه حال مورد توجه دین و رهبران الهی قرار داشته است. از این­رو توصیه­های فراوانی در قالب روایات و احادیث توسط پیامبر اعظم(ص) در کتب دینی و سیره زندگی ایشان بیان گردیده است. بنابراین هدف از این مطالعه مشخص نمودن توافق علوم پزشکی با برخی از احادیث نبوی در مورد اثر گیاهان، میوه ها و آداب تغذیه­ای بر سلامتی می باشد.</p>
<p><strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong> مطالعه مروری حاضر به بررسی بخشی از احادیث نبوی در ارتباط با گیاهان، میوه ها و توصیه­های تغذیه­ای که در کتب احادیث پزشکی و منابع طب سنتی ذکر شده اند پرداخته و با نتایج علمی حال حاضر که در منابع مختلفی از جمله <span dir="LTR">Pub med</span>، <span dir="LTR">SID</span>، <span dir="LTR">Scopus</span>، <span dir="LTR">Medicinal Plant</span>، <span dir="LTR">Science Direct</span>، در سال های 2003 تا 2014 مورد تایید قرار می گیرد.</p>
<p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> مطالعات مختلف نشان داد که بسیاری از گیاهان، میوه ها و آداب غذایی توصیه شده در اسلام و احادیث نبوی جنبه علمی داشته و دانش بشر در علوم پزشکی امروزه به بسیاری از آن ها دست یافته است به طوری که با سخنان پیامبر و آیات قرآنی مطابقت بسیار نزدیکی دارد.</p>

<p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> در نهایت از پژوهش حاضر می­توان چنین نتیجه­گیری نمود که انسان­ها و به ویژه مسلمانان می­توانند با بهره­گیری از احادیث و سیره زندگی پیامبر(ص) به نتایج علمی و پژوهشی چشمگیری دست یافته و سلامت جسم و روح خود را تضمین نمایند.</p>
<p><strong>Abstract</strong></p>
<p><strong>Introduction:</strong> Divine religion and leaders have considered the health of the human body in all times. It has been made several recommendations in traditions and sayings of the Prophet Muhammad in religious books and his life. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the Medical sciences' agreement with some of the prophetic sayings on the effect of herbs, fruits and nutritional habits on health.</p>

<p><strong>Methods:</strong> In this review study, the Prophet sayings on the plants, fruits and nutritional recommendations mentioned in various sources of traditional medicine and books of medical sayings were studied and confirmed with the present scientific results in several resources including Pub med, SID, Scopus, Medicinal Plant and Science Direct from 2003 to 2014.</p>

<p><strong>Findings:</strong> Several studies indicated that many recommended plants, fruits and nutritional habits have scientific aspects in Islam and prophetic sayings and today, the humane achieves to them in medical sciences so that they are very close to the sayings of the Prophet Muhammad and Quran.</p>

<p><strong>Conclusions:</strong> Finally, it can be concluded that the humans, especially the Muslims, can take advantage of traditions and biographies of the Prophet Muhammad to achieve significant scientific results and grantee the health of body and soul.</p>
