fa مروری بر خواص گیاه زیتون از دیدگاه قرآن کریم و روایات عمومى General <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong><span style="color:#336699;">سابقه و هدف:</span></strong> در قرآن کریم به خواص گیاهان متعددی از جمله زیتون اشاره شده است. لذا هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی نقش گیاه زیتون ازدیدگاه قرآن کریم و دین اسلام می‌&shy;باشد.<br> <strong><span style="color:#336699;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></strong> این مطالعه به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی با استفاده از آیات قرآن کریم و روایات از منابع معتبر اسلامی، با کلید واژه&shy;‌های قرآن کریم، روایات و گیاه زیتون در پایگاه&shy;‌های اطلاعاتی <span dir="LTR">Google Scholar, Iran medex</span> و <span dir="LTR">SID</span> انجام پذیرفت.<br> <strong><span style="color:#336699;">یافته‌ها:</span></strong> واژه زیتون شش بار در قرآن کریم آمده است از جمله در آیه ۹۹ و ۱۴۱ سوره انعام و آیه ۱۱ سوره نحل. طبق آیه ۲۰ سوره مومنون مقصود از درخت و روغن احتمالا درخت و روغن زیتون است. در آیه ۳۵ سوره نور زیتون روغنی است که از درخت مبارک زیتون به دست می&shy;‌آید و این روغن پاک و خالص است. طبق نظر متخصصان تغذیه زیتون دارای خواص ضد جهشی و آنتی‌&shy;اکسیدانی قوی می‌&shy;باشد. آرام‌&shy;بخش و مسهلی ملایم است که زخم معده و دوازدهه را بهبود می‌&shy;بخشد. این میوه در درمان انواع سرطان و درمان بیماری قلبی، التهابات و بیماری&shy;‌های گوارشی نقش بسزایی دارد.<br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#336699;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong> <span dir="RTL">از مجموع یافته&shy;‌های فوق می‌&shy;توان چنین استنباط کرد که دین مبین اسلام به تمام ابعاد زندگی انسان توجه خاصی نشان می‌&shy;دهد. آموزه&shy;‌های دینی ما در خصوص گیاه زیتون که مستندات علمی امروز بر آن صحه دارد گواه این مطلب می‌&shy;باشد. به طوری که دستور&shy;العمل&shy;‌های خاص آن در قرآن کریم می‌&shy;تواند در جهت ارتقا سلامتی و طول عمر انسان و استفاده از منابع غذایی موجود در طبیعت کارگشا باشد.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Health benefits of different plants such as olive have been mentioned in the Holy Qur&rsquo;an. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the role of olive plants according to Holy Qur&rsquo;an and Islam.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This descriptive- analytical study was performed by using Qur&rsquo;anic verses and narratives of authentic Islamic sources with key words such as Holy Qur&rsquo;an, narratives and olive plant on Iran medex, Google scholar and SID databases.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> The word &ldquo;olive&rdquo; has been mentioned six times in Qur&rsquo;an in 99th, 141th verses of Al-An&#39;am and 11th verse of An-Nahl. The meaning of tree and oil is probably tree and olive oil according to 20th verse of Al-Mu&#39;minun. In verse 35 of Al-Noor surah, the olive is oil which is pure and clean and obtained from blessed olive tree. According to the nutritionists&#39; idea, olive has strong antioxidant and anti-carcinogenic properties and also is a gentle and soothing laxative which improves peptic and duodenal ulcer. This fruit has significant role in the treatment of different cancers as well as cardiovascular, inflammatory and gastrointestinal disease.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> According to the findings, Islam has paid special heed to all aspects of human life. Our religious teachings about the olive plant, which is supported by scientific evidence today, bear witness to this.
