آسیبشناسی روانی از منظر قرآن: تحلیل مضمون

سابقه و هدف: تمام رویکردهای روان­درمانی بر اساس تعریف خود از آسیب روانی، نظریه­ی متفاوتی در زمینه­ی درمان ارائه داده­اند. از این رو مطالعه­ی حاضر با هدف شناسایی آسیب روان بر اساس قرآن صورت گرفته است.<br>
مواد و روش­ها: روش پژوهش مطالعه، در حیطه­ی پژوهش­های کیفی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. داده­های پژوهش، داستان­ها و تمثیل­های قرآن بود که با جستجو در کتب<span dir="LTR">­</span>، سایت­ها و نرم­افزارهای قرآنی، 40 داستان و 101 تمثیل جمع­­آوری شد. داده­ها در طول یک دوره­ی دو ساله جمع­آوری، کدگذاری و در قالب شبکه­ی مضامین دسته­بندی گردید.<br>
یافته­ها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل مضمون­ داده­ها به شناسایی 336 کد، 29 خرده­مضمون، 2 مضمون اصلی و 1 مضمون فراگیر منجر شد.<br>
نتیجه­گیری: نتایج نشان داد که مرض قلب، اساس آسیب روان است یعنی قلب که جایگاه عواطف و صفات روانی انسان است از حالت فطری خود منحرف، و بیمار شده و مرکز عواطف منفی گردد که ریشه­ی تمام این عواطف منفی و اختلال­های روانی (خودبزرگ­بینی، دروغ­گویی، کینه، حسادت، ترس، طمع، خیانت، خساست، ناسپاسی، ناشکیبایی، بهانه­جویی و ...)، به خودپرستی و دنیاپرستی برمی­گردد. بنابراین توجه به این دو محور اصلی در زمینه­ی آسیب­شناسی روانی در کاربست مشاوره و روان­درمانی اهمیت اساسی دارد.
<strong>Abstract</strong><br>
<strong>Background and objective</strong>: All approaches to psychotherapy, based on their definition of psychological trauma provide a different theory in the field of treatment. Therefore, the aim of this study was to identify the psychological trauma in Quran.<br>
<strong>Methods</strong>: This qualitative study was performed using the thematic analysis. Data were stories and allegorys of Quran. It was found 40 stories and 101 allegories through searching in Quranic books, websites and softwares. The data were collected, coded and classified <em>in the form of Thematic Network</em> during a two-year period.<br>
<strong>Finding</strong>: The results of the thematic analysis of data indicated 336 cods, 29 subthemes, 2 basic themes and 1 global theme, respectively.<br>
<strong>Conclusion</strong>: The results showed that heart disease is the base of psychological trauma. It means that the heart which is the place of emotions and psychological traits of human deviates from its natural state, becomes unhealthy, and becomes the center of the negative emotions. The roots of all these negative emotions and mental disorders (megalomania, lying, hatred, jealousy, fear, greed, betrayal, stingy, ingratitude, impatience, excus-making and so on) are egocentrism and secularity. Thus, it is very essential to focuse on these two main categories on psychopathology in counseling and psychotherapy sessions.
