fa ارزیابی روابط عاطفی و سلامت جنسی زوجین از دیدگاه قرآن و روایات تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong><span style="color:#336699;">سابقه و هدف:</span></strong> روابط عاطفی مطلوب و سلامت جنسی نقش مهمی در استحکام کانون خانواده داشته و همواره در شریعت مقدس اسلام مورد تاکید بوده است. لذا این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی روابط عاطفی و سلامت جنسی زوجین از دیدگاه قرآن و روایات انجام گرفت.<br> <strong><span style="color:#336699;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></strong> اطلاعات این بررسی با جستجوی مقالات متعدد از سایت&shy;‌های مختلف اینترنت در طی سال&shy;‌های ۱۳۷۰ تا ۱۳۹۷ گردآوری و مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.<br> <strong><span style="color:#336699;">یافته‌ها:</span></strong> غریزه جنسی در کلام الهی از نیازهای فطری انسان&shy;‌ها است. دستورات اسلام در مورد سلامت جنسی به صورت اکمل و اتمم بوده و در نظام خانواده تأکید فراوان شد. از دیدگاه اسلام، القای تفکری مثبت نسبت به ارضاء عاطفی و جنسی زوجین در نهاد خانواده با ازدواج به عنوان یک نیاز واقعی امکان‌&shy;پذیر بوده و آن را موجبات تمتع و لذت، آرامش روانی، رشد و کمال، پوشاندن عیوب همدیگر، کامل نمودن نیمی از دین خود، صیانت از گناه، حفظ اخلاق و عفت و بالاخره ثواب اخروی ذکر نموده بود. در دین مبین اسلام دستورات همه جانبه در جهت حفظ بهداشت و سلامت جسمی و روانی زوجین نظیر منع نهی از همجنس بازی و فحشا شامل زنا و لواط، نهی مردان و زنان از نگاه غرض&shy;‌آلود و شهوانی به نامحرمان، نهی از آمیزش با زنان حائض و ... وجود داشت. ایجاد شناخت برای انتخاب همسر، ارائه آموزش&shy;‌ها و مهارت&shy;‌های عاطفی و جنسی از طریق ارائه آیات قرآنی، سلامت بخشی به روابط عاطفی و جنسی زوجین، و اصلاح رفتارهای زوجین در محیط خانه و خانواده از شیوه&shy;‌های قرآنی برای پیشگیری و رفع اختلاف از حیث روابط عاطفی و جنسی بود.<br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#336699;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong> <span dir="RTL">با توجه به نکات ریز زندگی زناشویی و مسائل جنسی زوجین و به&shy;‌ویژه زنان در دین اسلام، توجه ویژه به آن از جانب مسئولین محترم در جهت تدوین برنامه‌های راهبردی برای ارتقا سلامت جنسی ضرورت می‌&shy;یابد.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Desirable emotional relationships and sexual health play an important role in strengthening the family and are emphasized in the holy law of Islam. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the emotional relationships and sexual health of couples from the point of view of Quran and narrations.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> Data were collected and evaluated by searching for various articles from different Internet sites during 1991-2018.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> Sexual instinct in the divine word is one of the innate human needs. The orders of Islam are complete about sexual health which is emphasized in the family system. From Islamic point of view, the induction of positive thinking about the emotional and sexual satisfaction of couples in the family through marriage was possible as a real need, resulting in enjoyment and pleasure, mental relaxation, growth and perfection, covering each other&#39;s deficiencies, completing half of their religion, protecting from sin, preserving morality and chastity, and finally, the rewards of the hereafter. There are comprehensive and effective orders in Islamic religion to maintain the physical and mental health of couples, such as the prohibition of homosexuality and prostitution including adultery and sodomy, forbidding men and women from erotic look at opposite genders with no relative relationships (Namahram), avoiding intercourse with women in menstruation period and so on.
