fa عوامل موثر بر حمایت پرستاران از بیمار و اخلاق حرفه‌ای: یک مطالعه‌ی مروری تخصصي Special مقاله مروری Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#336699;">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></strong> <span dir="RTL">حمایت از بیمار یکی از بحث&shy;‌بر&shy;انگیزترین موضوعات حرفه پرستاری در دهه&shy;‌های اخیر می&shy;‌باشد. رعایت معیارهای اخلاق حرفه‌&shy;ای در عملکرد پرستاری منجر به بهبود خدمات پرستاری می&shy;‌گردد که لازم است در راستای بهبودی و آرامش بیماران بستری مورد توجه جدی قرار گیرد. پرستاران در ایفای نقش حمایت از بیمار با چالش&shy;‌های متعددی مواجه هستند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر حمایت پرستاران از بیماران و اخلاق حرفه‌&shy;ای می‌&shy;باشد.</span><br> <strong><span style="color:#336699;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></strong> در مطالعه مروری حاضر از پایگاه&shy;‌های الکترونیکی <span dir="LTR">SID</span>، <span dir="LTR">Magiran</span>، <span dir="LTR">Iran Medex</span>، <span dir="LTR">Google Scholar</span> و<span dir="LTR">PubMed </span>، کلیدواژه&shy;‌های اخلاق حرفه&shy;‌ای، حمایت از بیمار، کادر پرستاری، بیمارستان و بیمار مورد جستجو قرار گرفت. مطالعات طی دو مرحله بازبینی شد و بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج که در مرحله اول عنوان و چکیده و در مرحله دوم کل مقاله مورد بررسی قرار گرفت، نهایتاً ۲۸ مقاله وارد مطالعه شدند.<br> <strong><span style="color:#336699;">یافته‌ها: </span></strong>عوامل محیطی- سازمانی، فردی- مراقبتی و مدیریتی از عوامل مؤثر بر حمایت از بیماران و اخلاق حرفه&shy;‌ای شناسایی گردید. مسئولیت&shy;‌پذیری پرستاران، کمبود وقت و فشار کاری پرستاران، کمبود پرسنل، عدم حمایت از پرستاران، شناخت ناکافی پرستاران از نقش حمایتی، پزشک‌&shy;سالاری، ارتباط محدود، مخاطرات حمایت و کمی انگیزه از مهمترین عوامل موثر بر حمایت پرستار از بیمار و اخلاق حرفه‌&shy;ای بوده‌&shy;اند.<br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#336699;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong> <span dir="RTL">عوامل متعددی بر حمایت پرستار از بیمار و اخلاق حرفه&shy;‌ای تاثیر می&shy;‌گذارد. این عوامل شامل عوامل محیطی- سازمانی، فردی- مراقبتی و مدیریتی می&shy;‌باشد. بنابراین جهت تسهیل در حمایت از بیمار و رعایت اخلاق حرفه&shy;‌ای مدیران، برنامه&shy;‌ریزان حیطه سلامت و پرستاران باید توجه بیشتری به این حیطه‌&shy;ها داشته باشند.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Patient&rsquo;s support is one of the most controversial issues of nursing profession in recent decades. Observing the standards of professional ethics in nursing practice leads to improvement of nursing services, which needs to be considered seriously in order to improve patients&#39; well-being. Nurses face a number of challenges to support patient. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors affecting nurses&#39; support of the patient and professional ethics.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this review study, the key words of professional ethics, patient&rsquo;s support, nursing staff, hospital and hospitalized patients were searched in SID, Magiran, Iran Medex, Google Scholar and PubMed. The studies were reviewed in two stages based on inclusion and exclusion criteria so that the title and abstract were firstly reviewed, and the whole article was secondly reviewed. Finally, 28 articles were selected in the study.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> The environmental-organizational, individual-care and managerial factors were identified as effective ones on patient&rsquo;s support and professional ethics. Responsibility of nurses, lack of time and work pressure of nurses, shortage of personnel, lack of nurses&#39; support, nurses&#39; inadequate knowledge of support role, medicocracy, limited communication, support risks and lack of motivation were the most important factors influencing nurse&rsquo;s support of the patient and professional ethics.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Several factors affect the nurse&#39;s support of the patient and professional ethics. These factors include environmental-organizational, individual-care and managerial factors.
