fa بررسی طرح تحول نظام سلامت از دیدگاه قرآن کریم عمومى General مقاله مروری Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><span style="color:#336699;">سابقه و هدف:</span></strong> طرح تحول نظام سلامت یک انقلاب در حوزه سلامت کشور است که دارای هشت بسته خدماتی از قبیل عدالت اجتماعی، برابری انسان&shy;‌ها، مبارزه با فساد اداری و دفاع از محرومان است که نشان می&shy;‌دهد سعی در حل مشکلات مردم، تسهیل فرزندآوری، مبارزه با اعمال قبیح، توجه به علم و آموزش و خدمت رسانی دارد. از&shy;آن&shy;‌جا که قرآن کریم کتاب مقدس دین اسلام و اسلام کامل‌&shy;ترین دین و دین رسمی کشور ایران است؛ مطالعه حاضر در صدد بررسی تطبیقی اهداف طرح تحول نظام سلامت با قرآن کریم و تاکیدی بر کارآمدی آن می‌&shy;باشد.<br> <strong><span style="color:#336699;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></strong> این پژوهش یک مطالعه کتابخانه&shy;‌ای به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی است که با مطالعه طرح تحول سلامت به استخراج مولفه&shy;‌های آن و تطبیق هر یک از این مولفه‌&shy;ها با قرآن کریم، آیات مرتبط با اهداف دستور&shy;العمل&shy;‌ها استخراج گردیده است و مبانی قرآنی آن نشان داده شده است. در این پژوهش همه موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است؛ علاوه بر این نویسندگان مقاله هیچ&shy;‌گونه تضاد منافعی گزارش نکرده‌&shy;اند.<br> <strong><span style="color:#336699;">یافته‌ها: </span></strong>پس از بررسی متون مورد استفاده، یافته&shy;‌ها نشان داد؛ موضوعاتی از قبیل عدالت اجتماعی، برابری انسان&shy;‌ها، مبارزه با فساد اداری و رشوه، دفاع از محرومان و نیازمندان، تاکید بر محوریت اقشار آسیب&shy;‌پذیر، سعی در حل مشکلات مردم و افزایش رضایتمندی آن&shy;‌ها، تسهیل فرزند&shy;آوری، مبارزه با اعمال قبیح و توجه به آموزش و تربیت و علم در کشور از مهم‌&shy;ترین مولفه&shy;‌های قرآنی طرح تحول نظام سلامت به شمار می&shy;‌رود.<br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#336699;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong> <span dir="RTL">بررسی بندهای این طرح نشان از هماهنگی بین این طرح و آموزه&shy;‌های قرآنی است. امید است تحقق این طرح نقطه عطفی در اجرای نظام سلامت پایدار مبتنی بر آموزه&shy;‌های وحیانی باشد.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> The health system transformation plan is a revolution in the field of health in the country with eight services such as social justice, human equality, fight against corruption and defense of the deprived. This plan is trying to solve people&#39;s problems, facilitate childbearing, fight against immoral practices and pay attention to science, education and service provision. Since the Holy Qur&#39;an is the holy book of Islam which is the most complete religion and the official religion of Iran, the aim of the present study was to investigate the comparative study of the goals of the health system transformation plan with the Holy Qur&#39;an and an emphasis on its efficiency.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this descriptive-analytical study, through studying the health transformation plan, its components, matching each of these components with the Holy Qur&#39;an and the verses related to the objectives of the instructions were&nbsp; extracted&nbsp; using library studies and its Qur&#39;anic principles were shown. In this research, all ethical issues have been considered. Meanwhile, the authors of the article have no conflict of interest.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> After reviewing the texts used, the findings have indicated that issues such as social justice, equality of human beings, fight against corruption and bribery, defense of the deprived and needy, emphasis on the centrality of vulnerable groups, an attempt to solve people&#39;s problems and increase their satisfaction, childbearing facilitation, fight against immoral actions and attention to education and science in the country are of the most important Qur&#39;anic components of the health system transformation plan.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Investigating the items of this plan represents the harmony between this plan and the Qur&#39;anic instructions.
