fa نقش پزشکان مسلمان در توسعه پزشکی در چارچوب حقوق اسلامی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#006699">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">طب یا پزشکی یکی از جنبه‌&shy;های اصلی علم در دوران طلایی تمدن اسلامی می&shy;‌باشد که با بهره&shy;‌گیری از آیات و روایات شکلی بخصوص بخود گرفته است، به&shy;‌طوری که جهان امروزه مدیون تلاش‌&shy;های پزشکان مسلمان می&shy;‌باشد. فعالیت&shy;‌های پزشکان مسلمان در طول تاریخ در جنبه&shy;‌های مختلف علم پزشکی تاثیرگذار بوده است. از زمان پیغمبر اسلام و سپس در دوره خلافت&shy;‌های اسلامی و تلاقی تمدن اسلامی با امپراطوری&shy;‌های آن زمان مثل ساسانیان، سلجوقیان و عثمانیان باعث شکوفایی علم پزشکی در بطن اسلام شده است. هدف از این مقاله تبیین نقش پزشکان مسلمان در توسعه پزشکی در چارچوب حقوق اسلامی می‌&shy;باشد و در این راستا سیر تاریخی فعالیت&shy;‌های پزشکان مسلمان در دوره‌&shy;های مختلف بیان شده است.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#006699">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">در این مقاله از روش نظری با شیوه توصیفی تحلیلی و با بهره‌&shy;گیری از منابع کتابخانه‌&shy;ای اعم از مقالات و کتب استفاده شده است.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#006699">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><b> </b><span lang="AR-SA">در اسلام، حقوق و سلامت به شکل نزدیکی به یکدیگر مرتبط هستند و حفظ سلامت و ارتقای آن از جمله اهداف اصلی حقوق اسلامی است. توجه به سلامت فردی و اجتماعی و ارائه خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی به صورت عادلانه در اسلام تأکید شده است.</span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#006699">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">با مطالعه منابع به این نتیجه رسیدیم که فرایند توسعه پزشکی در اسلام بدون توجه به مواردی که در قرآن و سنت در رابطه با بهداشت و علم پزشکی بیان شده است امری عبث خواهد بود و برای اینکه بتوانیم از توسعه پزشکی در قالب حقوق اسلامی صحبت کنیم بایستی به آیات و روایات در حوزه پزشکی توجه ویژه‌&shy;ای داشته باشیم.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:2;"><b><span style="color:#006699">Background and aim:</span></b> Medicine is one of the main aspects of science in the golden era of Islamic civilization, which has taken a special form using Islamic verses and traditions. Today, the world owes to the efforts of Muslim doctors. The activities of Muslim doctors throughout history have been influential in various aspects of medical science. Since the time of Prophet Muhammad and then during the period of Islamic caliphates and the intersection of Islamic civilization with the empires of that time such as Sassanids, Seljuks and Ottomans, medical science flourished in the heart of Islam. The purpose of this article is to explain the role of Muslim doctors in the development of medicine in the framework of Islamic law. In this regard, the historical course of the activities of Muslim doctors in different periods has been described.<br> <b><span style="color:#006699">Materials and methods:</span></b> In this article, a theoretical method with a descriptive analytical approach and using library resources, including articles and books, has been used.<br> <b><span style="color:#006699">Findings:</span></b> In Islam, law and health are closely related to each other, and maintaining and promoting health is one of the main goals of Islamic law. Paying attention to individual and community health and providing health and treatment services in a fair manner is emphasized in Islam.<br> <b><span style="color:#006699">Conclusion:</span></b> The process of medical development in Islam without paying attention to the matters stated in the Qur&#39;an and Sunnah regarding health and medical science will be futile.
