fa مروری بر بیماری‌های عفونی منتقله در تجمعات زیارتی تخصصي Special مقاله مروری Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#006699">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">تجمعات زیارتی، مانند پیاده‌روی اربعین برای زیارت حرم مطهر حضرت سیدالشهدا (ع)، یکی از توصیه‌شده‌ترین اعمال دینی است که همه ساله شمار انبوهی از شیعیان و دلباختگان آن حضرت اعم از پیر و جوان، مرد و زن با پای پیاده به سمت کربلای معلی حرکت می‌کنند تا در روز اربعین حسینی به زیارت بارگاه مطهرش نائل شوند. این زیارت که شامل یک سفر طولانی و دشوار است، به دلیل عواملی مانند دمای بالا، مسافت طولانی و عدم اطمینان از ایمنی غذا و آب، خطرات بهداشتی قابل توجهی را به همراه دارد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#006699">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">مطالعه مروری حاضر با هدف جمع‌بندی دانش موجود درباره بیماری‌های عفونی مرتبط با تجمعات زیارتی انجام شد. جستجوی جامعی در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی </span><span dir="LTR">PubMed</span><span lang="AR-SA">، </span><span dir="LTR">Scopus</span><span lang="AR-SA"> و </span><span dir="LTR">Google Scholar</span><span lang="AR-SA"> با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های مرتبط صورت گرفت. مقالات پژوهشی اصیل، مرورهای سیستماتیک، متاآنالیزها و دستورالعمل‌های معتبر به زبان‌های انگلیسی و فارسی تا تیرماه ۱۴۰۳ وارد مطالعه شدند. دو محقق مستقل، مقالات را غربال و ارزیابی کردند و اختلافات با مشورت محقق سوم حل شد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#006699">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><b> </b><span lang="AR-SA">عفونت‌های قابل‌توجهی که در این مقاله مورد بحث قرار گرفته‌اند، شامل هپاتیت </span><span dir="LTR">A</span><span lang="AR-SA"> و </span><span dir="LTR">E</span><span lang="AR-SA">، مسمومیت غذایی، اسهال مسافرتی، وبا، آنفولانزا و کووید-۱۹ هستند. در این مقاله بر اهمیت اقدامات پیشگیرانه از جمله رعایت بهداشت، واکسیناسیون و آموزش بهداشت برای کاهش خطر عفونت تأکید شده است. با افزایش سواد سلامت در میان زائرین و اجرای پروتکل‌های بهداشتی مناسب، </span><span lang="FA">این سفر مقدس از امنیت بیشتری برخوردار خواهد شد و بهره‌&shy;های معنوی زائرین افزایش خواهد یافت.</span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#006699">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">این مقاله به ارتقای یک تجربه زیارتی امن‌تر می‌پردازد، همچنین بر نیاز به تحقیقات بیشتر و توسعه راهبردهای بهداشتی متناسب با شرایط منحصربه‌فرد تجمعات زیارتی تأکید دارد.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><b><span style="color:#006699">Background and aim:</span></b> Pilgrimage gatherings, such as Arbaeen&#39;s foot-pilgrimage to visit the holy shrine of Imam Hussain, is one of the most recommended religious practices. Every year a large number of Shiites and those who miss him, both young and old, men and women, walk towards Karbala. They travel to visit the Holy Shrine on the day of Arbaeen. This pilgrimage, which involves a long and difficult journey, carries significant health risks due to factors such as high temperature, long distance and uncertainty about the safety of food and water.<br> <b><span style="color:#006699">Materials and methods:</span></b> The present review article was conducted to summarize the existing knowledge about infectious diseases associated with pilgrimage gatherings. A comprehensive search was conducted in PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar databases using relevant keywords. Original research articles, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and authoritative guidelines in English and Persian up to July 2024 were included in the study. Two researchers independently screened and evaluated the articles, and disagreements were resolved with the consultation of a third researcher.<br> <b><span style="color:#006699">Findings:</span></b> Notable infections discussed in this article include hepatitis A and E, food poisoning, traveler&#39;s diarrhea, cholera, influenza, and COVID-19. In this article, the importance of preventive measures such as hygiene, vaccination and health education to reduce the risk of infection is emphasized.
