fa حجاب و عفاف از منظر قرآن کریم و اهمیت رعایت اخلاق و پوشش حرفه‌ای در کادر درمان Hijab and chastity from the perspective of the Holy Quran and the importance of observing ethics and professional dress code among medical staff تخصصي Special مقاله مروری Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;">سابقه و هدف: یکی از مهم‌ترین ارکان جامعه دینی، پایبندی به حجاب و عفاف است. در قرآن کریم و در احادیث معصومین بارها به آن اشاره شده است. رعایت اخلاق و پوشش حرفه‌ای باعث آرامش بیماران و حرفه‌ای‌گرایی در محیط‌های بهداشتی درمان می‌شود. هدف از این مقاله مروری، بررسی نقش حجاب و عفاف از منظر قرآن و اهمیت رعایت اخلاق و پوشش حرفه‌ای در کادر درمان می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر به شکل مروری نقادانه با استفاده از جستجوی کتابخانه‌ای و بررسی آیات قرآن کریم و جستجوی اینترنتی در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی فارسی و انگلیسی شامل SID، Magiran، ایرانداک، IranMedex، Google Scholar و PubMed با کمک کلیدواژه‌هایی شامل حجاب، عفاف، اخلاق و پوشش حرفه‌ای بدون بازه زمانی انجام گرفت. در ابتدا به بررسی تعداد ۷۲ سند مطالعاتی در این حـوزه پرداخته شد و نهایتا ۱۳ مستند مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: از منظر قرآن، حجاب به معنی حایل و مانع هم می‌باشد، ولی اکثر نظر فقها حجاب را منظر ظاهری، گفتاری و رفتاری مورد تحلیل قرار می‌دهند و آثار مفید آن را در زندگی فردی، اجتماعی تبیین می‌کنند. همچنین عفاف به معنای خودنگهداری و بازداشتن نفس انسانی از محرمات و خواهش‌های شهوانی می‌باشد. دانشجویان و کادر درمان ملزم به رعایت اخلاق و پوشش حرفه‌ای در اکثر دانشگاه‌های دنیا هستند. نتیجه‌گیری: حجاب در قرآن نه تنها به معنای محدودیت فیزیکی، بلکه به‌عنوان ابزاری چندبعدی برای حفظ حرمت فرد، ارتقای سلامت روانی و تقویت پایه‌های اجتماعی است. این مفهوم با اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای در محیط درمان همپوشانی دارد؛ بنابراین، آموزش مفاهیم دینی حجاب و عفاف در کنار استانداردهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای می‌تواند به بهبود کیفیت خدمات بهداشتی-درمانی و تقویت اعتماد بیماران کمک کند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and aim: One of the most important pillars of a religious society is adherence to hijab and chastity. This has been mentioned many times in the Holy Quran and the Hadith of the Infallibles. Compliance with ethics and professional dress code will make patients calm and increases professionalism in healthcare settings. The purpose of this review article is to examine the role of hijab and chastity from the perspective of the Holy Quran and the importance of observing ethics and professional dress code among medical staff. Materials and methods: The present study is a critical review based on library search and examination of verses of the Holy Quran and searching in Persian and English databases, including SID, Magiran, Iran Doc, Iran Medex, Google Scholar and PubMed using the keywords “hijab”, “chastity”, “ethics” and “professional dress code” without time frame. 72 documents were initially examined in this field and finally, 13 documents were evaluated. Findings: From the perspective of the Holy Quran, hijab is a barrier and an obstacle, but most jurists analyze hijab in terms of appearance, speech, and behavior and explain its beneficial effects in individual and social life. Moreover, chastity means self-preservation and restraining the human soul from taboos and sensual desires. Students and medical staff are required to observe ethics and professional dress code in most universities worldwide. Conclusion: According to the Holy Quran, hijab is not a physical restriction but a multidimensional tool for preserving individual dignity, enhancing mental well-being, and reinforcing social foundations. This concept aligns with professional ethical principles in healthcare settings.
