fa باورهای مذهبی و ارتباط ان با امید در بیماران همودیالیزی: یک مطالعه مقطعی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه و هدف:</strong> بیماری نارسایی مزمن کلیه تحت همودیالیز با مشکلات متعددی مواجه می شوند و باورهای مذهبی و امید نقش مهمی را در سازگاری و کاهش مشکلات روانشناسی انها دارد. با توجه به نقش باورهای مذهبی و امید در روند درمان بیماران و توجهات فرهنگی این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط باورهای مذهبی و امید در بیماران همودیالیزی انجام گرفته است.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد </strong><strong>و روش:</strong> این مطالعه از نوع مقطعی است که برروی 300 بیمار همودیالیز مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان امین اصفهان در سال 1393 انجام شد. نمونه گیری به روش دردسترس بود و اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه ای شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه باورهای مذهبی کندلر و پرسشنامه امید هرث جمع آوری و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی در نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">spss14</span> مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:3.0pt"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> میانگین سن بیماران شرکت کننده 38/11&plusmn;64/51 سال،&nbsp; 55%&nbsp; مرد بودند و مدت زمان همودیالیز به طور متوسط 72/16&plusmn;25 ماه بود.&nbsp; بیش از 90 درصد از بیماران دارای باورهای مذهبی در حد متوسط بودند. ارتباط مثبت و معنی داری را بین باورهای مذهبی با امید بیماران &nbsp;یافت شد. (0.03<span dir="LTR">p<</span>) <u>. همچنین رابطه خطی مثبت و معنی داری بین باورهای مذهبی، سن بیمار ، تعداد فرزندان با امید بدست آمد (</u><u><span dir="LTR">p=0.04</span></u><u>)</u></p> <h3><strong>Introduction:</strong> Patients with chronic renal failure disease under hemodialysis were encountered with several problems. Religious beliefs and hope have the important role in adapting and decreasing their psychological problems. According to the role of religious beliefs and hope in the process of treatment and cultural considerations, the aim of this study was to determine the relationship between religious beliefs and hope in hemodialysis patients.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional study was conducted on 300 hemodialysis patients referred to Amin Hospital in Isfahan in 2014. Sampling was available. Data were collected using questionnaire such as demographic data, Candler religious beliefs and the Herth Hope. Data were analyzed by using SPSS 14 and descriptive and analytic statistics.<br> Findings: The mean age of patients was 51.64&plusmn;11.38 years and 55% of them were man. The average duration of hemodialysis was 25&plusmn;16.72 months. More than 90% of patients had moderate religious beliefs. There was a significant positive relationship between religious beliefs and hope (P<0.03). So, there was a positive linear relationship between religious beliefs, age and number of children, and hope (P=0.04).<br> Conclusion: The result showed that there was a positive relationship between religious beliefs and hope in hemodialysis patients.
