<abstract>
 Introduction: Hemodialysis patients suffer from many problems including anxiety, depression and loss of well-being. The aim of this study was to compare the effect of aromatherapy with Citrus aurantium and with mentioning on life expectancy of hemodialysis patients.
Methods: This experimental study was conducted on 54 hemodialysis patients through pre- and post-test design with control group. Eligible patients were randomly divided into three aromatherapy, mentioning and control groups. Aromatherapy patients received 10% Citrus aurantium for one week. Patients in mentioning group were asked to repeat Fatimah Zahra's prayers for 10-15 minutes or 5-7 times during 7 days. Control group received no intervention. Before and one week after the intervention, the Schneider's life expectancy questionnaire was completed for all three groups. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20.
Findings: The ANOVA test showed a significant difference in life expectancy score between three groups after intervention (p=0.005). Bonferroni post-hoc test indicated that the life expectancy was significantly improved in mentioning group compared to aromatherapy and control groups (p=0.013).
Conclusion: Today, performing spiritual and religious care is one of the needs to improve the symptoms of hemodialysis patients. Further studies are recommended to investigate the effect of Citrus aurantium on life expectancy in hemodialysis patients with different dose and duration.

 <abstract>
 Introduction: It is important to pay attention to the psychological traits and states that affect students' health, performance and adaptability. The aim of the present study was to investigate the role of different identity and self-efficacy styles in predicting psychological well-being (PWB) in students.
Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 300 students of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, selected through multi-stage cluster sampling method from Sept. to Nov. of the academic year of 2014-2015. Data were collected using demographic questionnaire, PWB scale (PWBS), general self-efficacy scale (GSES) and Berzonsky's identity style inventory (ISI). Data were analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistical indicators using SPSS 20.
Findings: The results indicated that there was a significant positive relationship between total PWB score with self-efficacy (r= 0.48), information identity style (r=0.37), normative identity style (r=0.31) and commitment (r=0.23) (P<0.01). Moreover, a significant negative relationship was found between PWB and diffuse-avoidance identity style (P<0.05). Besides, self-efficacy, information identity style and normative identity style can predict PWB positively and directly as well as diffuse-avoidance identity style can predict negatively and reversely PWB.
Conclusion: According to the results, appropriate educational and intervention programs are effective in improving the type of identity and facilitating the process of identification. Further, teaching different skills and developing student counseling centers with the aim of increasing the self-efficacy and positive psychological states will be beneficial among students. Hence, based on the results of such studies, it is recommended to design and develop appropriate intervention and educational programs to improve identity style, facilitate identity process and increase self-efficacy among students.

 <abstract>
 Introduction: Spiritual care, along with other interventions, is very important to achieve full and comprehensive health. The aim of this study was to review the relationship between spiritual health and anxiety before orthopedic surgeries.
Methods: This study was performed with appropriate keywords in international scientific websites such as PubMed, Web of Science, Google Scholar, Scopus, and Persian databases, WHO website, articles and dissertations published in1995-2018.
Findings: In orthopedic fractures and pains affecting the body and spirit, healthcare workers and nurses can help the patients to achieve higher moral health level by focusing on spiritual health. The research also has indicated that spirituality can affect most of the occupational, intellectual and healthcare aspects before, during and after orthopedic surgeries. Regarding spiritual strategies mentioned in the studies, we can allude to participation in spiritual-religious programs, spiritual education and analysis, physical exercise and psychological counseling.
Conclusion: According to the results, it seems that awareness of spiritual needs of a patient is necessary in healthcare. Lack of attention to the spiritual needs in health centers can lead to inappropriate therapeutic outcomes. Therefore, meeting the patients' spiritual needs before orthopedic surgeries should be considered to decrease resultant stress and anxiety.

 <abstract>
 Introduction: Sex education as one of the important issues in the field of education plays an important role in shaping human personality and affects thoughts, emotions and behaviors. The aim of this study was to examine the content, methods and benefits of appropriate sexual educations in this age group in terms of Islamic culture.
Methods: This review article was conducted through studying on scientific resources and articles published in valid scientific databases in 2011-2017 as well as using Holy Qur’an and Hadiths.
Findings: In terms of Islam, puberty is a period of increased guidance and control and is not the beginning of sexual education. Hence, sexual education should start from the age of childhood, and its postponement may lead to a deviation from normal growth. Sex education strategies during childhood include providing information appropriate to the child's age, appropriate responses to child sexual questions, indirect education, education of the relationship between girls and boys, prevention of early maturity, separating the children's bed as well as the extent of kissing and caressing of children. Other parenting behaviors that affect the child's sexual behavior comprise affection for the child, meeting the psychological needs, developing the moral virtues and growing the religious beliefs.
Conclusion: In Islam, parents are obliged to provide the natural growth and education, including child’s sexual development and education from birth. Therefore, it is necessary to raise the awareness of parents about sexual education and training of children and to develop a positive attitude in them.

 Introduction: Health benefits of different plants such as olive have been mentioned in the Holy Qur’an. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the role of olive plants according to Holy Qur’an and Islam.
Methods: This descriptive- analytical study was performed by using Qur’anic verses and narratives of authentic Islamic sources with key words such as Holy Qur’an, narratives and olive plant on Iran medex, Google scholar and SID databases.
Findings: The word “olive” has been mentioned six times in Qur’an in 99th, 141th verses of Al-An'am and 11th verse of An-Nahl. The meaning of tree and oil is probably tree and olive oil according to 20th verse of Al-Mu'minun. In verse 35 of Al-Noor surah, the olive is oil which is pure and clean and obtained from blessed olive tree. According to the nutritionists' idea, olive has strong antioxidant and anti-carcinogenic properties and also is a gentle and soothing laxative which improves peptic and duodenal ulcer. This fruit has significant role in the treatment of different cancers as well as cardiovascular, inflammatory and gastrointestinal disease.
Conclusion: According to the findings, Islam has paid special heed to all aspects of human life. Our religious teachings about the olive plant, which is supported by scientific evidence today, bear witness to this. Therefore, the special instructions in Holy Qur’an can be useful in promoting human health and longevity and in utilizing the nutritional resources available in nature.
