Background and aim: In the Holy Qur'an, many fruits are mentioned in several verses, and even God swears by figs in Surah Al-Tain, which shows the importance of fruits and their role in human life. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the therapeutic effects and role of two fruits, figs and olives, on health.
Materials and methods: In the present review study, 39 articles from electronic databases or search engines such as PubMed, Google Scholar, and SID were reviewed.
Findings: The results of scientists' studies have shown that figs can have various therapeutic effects due to their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, including diabetes, cancer, microbial infections, and protective effects on various organs of the body. Moreover, olive with its protective and antiviral effects can play an important role in the treatment of various diseases, indicating the special attention of Almighty God for a healthy human body.
Conclusion: The present study has indicated that two fruits, fig and olive, contain compounds that can protect body cells from various diseases, suggesting that Islam attaches great importance to the health of the body.

 <abstract>
 Background and aim: One of the most important aspects of human existence is spirituality. Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has experienced a crisis in today's world. Evidence and information on the impact of this stressful crisis on spiritual and mental health is scarce and highly variable. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of spirituality on mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Materials and methods: In this narrative review study, the Persian studies were searched in Persian language databases such as Noormags, Alamnet, SID, Iran Medex and Magiran with the keywords: Spiritual Health, Spirituality, Coronavirus, COVID-19, Patient, during 2019-2021. The studies in English language were searched with the keywords: Spiritual Health, Spirituality, Coronavirus, COVID-19 and Patient, in PubMed and Scopus databases during 2019-2021. Besides, the search was done in Google Scholar database in Persian and English. Finally, 432 studies were found, of which 8 papers were included in the study by applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria and removing duplicate cases.
Findings: During the COVID-19 pandemic, spirituality had a positive effect on people's mental health. Spirituality leads to a reduction in fear of death, plays a mediating role in the negative effects of pervasive fear in terms of attitudes toward a positive future and the quality of relationships with family, and reduces depression and anxiety in those affected.
Conclusion: The results of the study indicate the need to pay attention to people's spirituality and mental health in relation to their personal and environmental health.

 <abstract>
 Background and aim: The consideration of the Qur’an and the content of its verses from the point of view of health is the focus of attention of many health researchers. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of health on human guidance and perfection in the Qur’an. The Qur’an has been presented as a book of guidance for all humanity. Human leadership requires health. Considering the fact that man is the caliph of God and is defined both materially and spiritually, the provision of health should also be considered in the same way. It is very important to study different areas and packages of comprehensive health from the perspective of the Holy Qur’an.
Materials and methods: Fifty articles from electronic databases and search engines like SID, Google Scholar, Pumped, Civilica, as well as interpretations and books related to the individual and social health package were considered from the perspective of the Qur'an.
Findings: The Qur'an considers health as a prelude to human guidance and happiness, and in this direction, it presents a wide range of homogeneous packages in the individual and social dimensions, each of which completes a link in the chain of health. Packages that include objective health strategies can have a positive impact on the promotion and management of physical and mental health of individuals.
Conclusion: This study showed that there was a significant relationship between following the recommendations of the Qur'an and their implementation in the field of health. The recommendations of the Qur'an are included in homogeneous and consistent packages with all aspects of health that a person needs to achieve happiness and ensure his guidance.

 <abstract>
 Background and aim: With the help of the electronic revolution, transformation is taking place in the field of education today. Multimedia training increases learners' comprehension and memorization skills. Considering that a number of multimedia are widely used in education in the third millennium, the aim of this study was to investigate the role of colors promoting teaching and learning with new technologies and modeling based on the teachings of the Qur’an and Hadith through a comparative study.
Materials and methods: In this study, the qualitative research method was used to determine the role of colors in the health of third millennium education. Thus, in the first step, concepts and types of colors in Qur’anic and religious concepts were studied using the library method and the literature review approach. In the second step, the effect of colors in third millennium education was analyzed and internal factors affecting education were identified.
Findings: In the artistic reflection of the Qur’an, colors and images play a special role and they imply the power of God and Rabbani. Moreover, in the discussion of novel technologies, the selection of appropriate colors can increase the readability of the text on the display and increase benefits such as minimal cognitive load and learning persistence and is one of the most effective ways to increase interaction with learners. Colors can also lead to concentration of thought and / or attention to the pervasive sense of learning.
Conclusion: In the third millennium, education has changed a lot and the electronic revolution has introduced multimedia learning into the education system. Since in this type of learning, images and colors can improve the learning quality, educational designers need to be aware of the psychology of colors and to influence people’s performance.

 Background and aim: Spirituality and adherence to religious principles are very effective in benefiting a person from a desirable life with various methods, such as eating a healthy and clean diet and strengthening motivation, hope, and peace to control anxiety and stress in difficult life conditions. The aim of this review study was to examine the research addressing the effects of spirituality and the mother's adherence to religious principles during pregnancy and breastfeeding on the mental and physical health of the child.
Materials and methods: In this review study, 65 articles were found by searching national and international databases using the keywords spirituality, stress, pregnancy, breastfeeding, physical and mental health of the child in Persian and English languages, of which 30 articles were identified according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria after screening the titles and abstracts.
Findings: The mental and physical health of a child is strongly affected by the conditions of its development during the fetal and neonatal period. Attention to spirituality by mothers during pregnancy and lactation can improve the physical and mental growth indicators of the fetus and baby by providing a useful and Halal diet, strengthening motivation, and reducing stress.
Conclusion: The spirituality of the mother during pregnancy and breastfeeding affects the physical and mental health of the child. It is suggested that scientific institutions and health centers carry out appropriate planning to strengthen and improve the spiritual level of mothers.
