<abstract>
 Introuduction: Mosques are the houses of God and should be clean and holy. Attention to mosques and other holy places is very important in our country. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the health status of mosques and holy places in Amol city.
Methods: This was a cross-sectional descriptive study. All urban and rural mosques were selected using census method. Data were collected using a checklist of health regulation of mosques through visit and direct observation. The data were analyzed using Excel software.
Findings: The results of the current study revealed that 69% of Mosques, Hosseinieh and Tekeye were sanitary, but only 47% of holy places had desirable status. Also, 7%, 4%, 14% of mosques, Hosseinieh and Tekeye and holy places were undesirable. There was a significant difference between Urban and rural mosques. Urban holy places had better status than rural holy places, but this difference was not significant.
Conclusion: The results indicated that the health status of studied religious places was relatively desirable, but almost half of rural holy places were weak or medium in terms of health. It is suggested to improve the health status of these places with the cooperation of health authorities and active participation of the clergy and Friday-prayer leaders and also attracting public participation.

 <abstract>
 Introduction: Patients with chronic renal failure disease under hemodialysis were encountered with several problems. Religious beliefs and hope have the important role in adapting and decreasing their psychological problems. According to the role of religious beliefs and hope in the process of treatment and cultural considerations, the aim of this study was to determine the relationship between religious beliefs and hope in hemodialysis patients.
Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 300 hemodialysis patients referred to Amin Hospital in Isfahan in 2014. Sampling was available. Data were collected using questionnaire such as demographic data, Candler religious beliefs and the Herth Hope. Data were analyzed by using SPSS 14 and descriptive and analytic statistics.
Findings: The mean age of patients was 51.64±11.38 years and 55% of them were man. The average duration of hemodialysis was 25±16.72 months. More than 90% of patients had moderate religious beliefs. There was a significant positive relationship between religious beliefs and hope (P<0.03). So, there was a positive linear relationship between religious beliefs, age and number of children, and hope (P=0.04).
Conclusion: The result showed that there was a positive relationship between religious beliefs and hope in hemodialysis patients. So, when the religious beliefs increase in these patients, the hope of life rises, too.

 <abstract>
 Introduction: Spiritual health is the main aspect of human health and as spiritual health of nursing students increases, they can better provide patient care. Spiritual health can be increased through training and this degree of improvement is different in students. Because the student population in the community is very high therefore, the aim of this study was to compare the Palutzian and Ellison;#39s spiritual health.

Methods: In this descriptive-comparative study, 100 of 188 students were randomly selected. Data were collected using the 20-item standard spiritual health questionnaire of Palutzian and Elison. The spiritual health results were classified into four main groups namely, low level (20-40), low- moderate level (41-70), up-moderate level (71-99) and high level (100-120). Data were analyzed using SPSS.

Results: 14 %, 60 % and 26 % of nursing students were ranked as low-moderate level, up-moderate level and high level for spiritual health, respectively. There was a significant relationship between age and existential health (P<0.05) while there was no relation with other demographic variables. The correlation coefficient was 0.84 between religious and existential health, which indicated that the higher score of religious health led to the higher score of existential health.

Conclusions: Generally, spiritual health score of female students was higher than that of male students. Improved spiritual health of nursing student during 4-acadamic years results in better spiritual care of patients.

There was a significant relationship between quality of life and spiritual health dimensions such as existential (r=0/199) and religious dimensions(r=0/225). Spiritual health can predict 15.3% of the variance in quality of life (P<0/001).
