To analyze the hypotheses, Pearson correlation analysis and independent t-test were applied in SPSS 24. Findings: The staff of the Departments of Medical Sciences and Sport had a high average of spiritual intelligence (3.9 and 4.1) and organizational health (4 and 3.8, respectively). There was a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and organizational health of all staff (r= 0.436, P<0.01). There was no significant difference between organizational health and spiritual intelligence of the total staff of these two organizations. Conclusion: Given the importance of spiritual intelligence and organizational health in human resource management and the relationship between them, the development of pre-service and in-service training programs should be considered so that these two leading organizations in health should be the model for other organizations.
